Haunted by what she believes are hallucinations of a magical land, she is sent to a psychiatric rehab facility. However, she soon discovers that her nightmares are horrifyingly real. Tricked into unleashing the Scarecrow and the Tin Man into the real world, Dorothy must face the brutal truth: her former friends have returned as bloodthirsty monsters with a craving for human hearts and brains. As the bodies pile up, Dorothy must find a way to stop the carnage before the darkness of Oz consumes everything she holds dear.
