What was supposed to be a quiet weakened in the mountains quickly becomes something far more disturbing.

Max, Joey and Liz arrive at a secluded cabin expecting to meet their friend Katie, who traveled there the day before. But Katie is nowhere to be found. Her car is still there. Her belongings have been left behind, and whatever happened to her may still be somewhere in the woods.

As strange sounds echo through the trees and unsettling discoveries begin to pile up, the camera meant to document their trip becomes a record of something they were never supposed to find.

Someone - or something is watching.

VANITATE is a found footage horror film blending psychological horror, mystery, isolation, and slow-burn dread into a nightmare hidden deep in the wilderness.
