Six co-workers from a media company arrive at a remote lodge for a weekend retreat. But when one of them vanishes, their plans unravel fast. As they search for answers, they learn the retreat was once a private mental institution—and something still lingers within its walls. One by one, the team is pulled into a nightmarish mystery that may consume them all.
